recNUM too small

Having problems downloading my statements from my bank. gives me a sum recNUM too small then says connecting to financial institution then it freezes my computer that i then have to restart it all over again
I am getting an error when I try to download my transactions from Bank of America in my QuickBooks. It says recNum is too small. Then it says Connecting to Intuit to retrieve info about your bank and then it freezes
I just looked online to try and see if anyone had the issue and a it looks like someone had a similar issue in January and then end result was that customer had to call you all for help

If it matters I updated yesterday to a new version
It said there was a new version available and if I wanted to update and I did. Now I am having this problem

Yes. I’m trying to download transactions from my American Express account and I’m receiving an error that says “recNum is too small.”
